Yesterday, I chatted on messenger with a good old friend from the IT industry and this is his blog: Dalily Pieces of me.
Viewing his site, I see a post with the customer representative telephone numbers for Amazon and Ebay. The reason he posted this is because couple of days ago, the hosts from a radio show were commenting they had problems with Ebay and Amazon. They tried to call a customer representative using the traditional means of a telephone sincethey received no response from emails they send. The curious thing is that Amazon or EBay does not have a phone listing for customer support.
Although we are living in a society with technological advances like email, still a simple phone is needed in case of an emergency or any other important issue that the only way to resolve it is talking to a representative directly. The post shows a link to the original site. I am recommending reading it carefully.
